We make all of our moulds in-house. We firstly make a perfect wooden replica which we then take a silicone mould from. Once we have the silicone mould we can then cast the tray out of concrete,

Lovingly handcrafted, each piece is unique. Natural variations in air bubble distribution and colour will occur.
We have no control where the air bubbles are distributed within the tray and these can also occur around the rim. These are not defects in the tray. The air bubbles are representative of the hand made nature of the product and material used.
This beautiful shallow trinket tray is made from cast concrete and finished with a protective sealer. It is soft to the touch yet incredibly striking and durable.
The bottom of each concrete tray has soft felt pads to protect your surfaces.

We are happy to issue a refund or an exchange on any item ordered from us within 30 days of sale. Drop us an email using our contact form or a DM with your order number and we can let you know the returns address and other information you may need.
Sometimes accidents happen and even though we try our hardest to make sure your order arrives safely, once it’s in the hands of the courier accidents may happen. If so and this has happened to you, don't worry! just send us a photograph of your unhappy order and we will try our best to resolve the situation.
Let us know and we will do our best to resolve the situation, sometimes delivery companies get us in sticky situations however we will do our best to get the problem rectified as soon as we can!
We can be very busy and as a small company we don't have super robots to package our things and move them round a warehouse like Amazon does. We may take slightly longer to get our products to you in busy periods. Just let us know if you would like something super fast and we will do our best to get it out to you ASAP.
We will do our best to post all of our parcels the following day.
We strongly believe that there is nothing better than shopping local. So to make this easier for you guys if you live local to us then we offer free delivery. If your post code begins with NE61 we can hand deliver your order however small or large it may be. Just drop us a message and we shall get it organised.
